LOG LADDER

ログラダー

60秒の制限時間内に大きさも重さも増していく3本のログを順番にクリーン＆プレスしていきます。最後のログまでたどり着いた選手はそのままレップ稼ぎに挑戦できます。

Athletes will have 60 seconds to clean and press a series of three logs which increase in size and weight. Athletes who make it to the final log may continue to clean and press the log for max reps.

- 制限時間60秒
- スタートラインから開始（ログに触れていない）
- 一番軽いログから順番にあげていかないといけない
- 獲得ポイントの合計で順位が決定
- より重いログで失敗しても軽いログに戻って挑戦しても良い。ただし、成功したら戻ってはいけない
- 1本のログで2レップ以上挙げたら、最後までそのログで挑戦し続けないといけなくなる（次のログに進んではいけない）
- 挙上回数の認定は、毎回床(ダンベルミット)からクリーンしてからプレスしなければいけない。ただし、プレスに挑戦して失敗した場合、もう一回ラックポジションからプレスしても良い
- 審判の「ダウン！」という合図を待たなければいけない。ダウンコールより早く落としてしまったり下ろすと不認定(ノーレップ)となる
- プレス時、足が揃っていない、顔が正面を向いていない、静止できていない場合はダウンコールがかからないため注意
- ログはアスリートの頭の上に触れたりのったりしてはいけない
- ストラップ、フック、タッキー、タッキータオル、グリップシャツ禁止
- ベルトのバックルなどでクリーンが楽になる台を作ってはいけない
- Time limit of 60 seconds.
- Athlete begins from a starting line (not touching the logs).
- Athletes must lift the logs in order from lightest to heaviest.
- Placing will be determined by number of rep points earned.
- Athletes may go back to a lighter log if they fail a heavier log. However, athletes may not return to a lighter log after successfully lifting a heavier one.
- Once an athlete successfully presses one of the logs 2 or more times, they must continue to press that log until the end. (In other words, they will no longer be able to proceed to the next log in the ladder.)
- Each rep must be cleaned from the floor (crash pads). However, if an athlete attempts a press and fails, they may try again from the rack position.
- Athletes must wait for a down command from the judge to receive a good rep. The rep will not count if the athlete drops or lowers the log before the down command.
- Feet must be in line, head through and facing forward, and athlete must be in clear control of the implement to receive the down command.
- Log may not touch or rest on the top of the athlete's head.
- No straps, hooks, tacky, tacky towels, or grip shirts allowed.
- No loose prongs/buckles or built up belts that would aid in the clean.

FARMERS MEDLEY

ファーマーメドレー

60秒の制限時間内にまず1セットのハンドルで15ｍのコースを往復してからより重いハンドルを15ｍ片道運びます。

Athletes will carry one set of farmers carry handles down and back a 15m course before moving on to a heavier set of handles for a single run of 15m in a 60-second time limit.

- 制限時間60秒
- 完走した場合は時間、完走しなかった場合は歩いた距離が記録となる
- 必ずファーマー１→ファーマー２という順番で挑戦しないといけない
- ファーマーズハンドルを握った状態で開始
- ドロップ回数の制限なし
- ファーマーズハンドルを意図的に地面に滑らせてはいけない
- ストラップ、フック、タッキー、タッキータオル、グリップシャツ禁止
- ベルトは2枚まで（ソフト1枚＋ハード1枚）
- Time limit of 60 seconds.
- Placing will be determined by completion time for athletes who complete the entire run or distance traveled for those who do not.
- Athletes must carry the lighter handles before moving on to the heavier handles.
- Athletes may start with their hands on the implements.
- Unlimited drops allowed.
- Athletes must not intentionally slide the implements on the ground.
- No straps, hooks, tacky, or tacky towels allowed.
- Athletes may wear up to two belts (one soft + one hard) if they wish.

AXLE DEADLIFT

アクセルデッドリフト

選手は60秒の制限時間内にアクセルデッドリフトでレップ数を競い合う。軽いアクセルと重いアクセルの2本が用意してあり重い方のアクセルの1レップが軽いアクセルの何レップよりも価値があります。

Athletes will compete for max reps on axle bars within a 60-second time limit. Athletes may choose between two axles: a light axle and a heavy axle. Reps completed with the heavier axle will always beat any reps completed with the lighter axle.

- スタートラインから開始
- アスリートは適当なアクセルを選択し挑戦
- 重い方のアクセルに失敗した場合、軽い方のアクセルに戻っても良い
- 挙上後、審判の「ダウン！」という合図を待たなければいけない。ダウンコールより早く落としてしまったり従わない場合は不認定(ノーレップ)となる
- 関節を伸ばしきっていない、静止できていない(1秒ほどが目安)場合はダウンコールがかからないため注意
- スモーデッド禁止（手を脚の外側に置かなければいけない）
- デッドリフトスーツ・パワーリフティング用のブリーフ、タッキー・タッキータオル、足のベビーパウダー・オイルなどの潤滑剤のようなもの禁止
- ストラップとチョークは使用可能（ただし、エイトストラップ使用の場合、親指もしっかりアクセルバーに触れていなければいけない）
- タッチ＆ゴー禁止（ただし、アップの合図は無し）
- Time limit of 60 seconds
- Total completed reps will be your score.
- Athletes will begin from a starting line.
- Athletes may choose which axle to attempt.
- Athletes are allowed to return to the lighter axle if they fail the heavier axle.
- After a successful lift, the athlete must wait for the “Down!” command from the judge. Dropping or lowering the axle before the down command will result in a no-rep.
- The athlete must be fully locked out with the bar still (approx. 1 sec) to receive a down command.
- No sumo deadlift allowed (hands must be outside of feet and knees).
- No deadlift suits or powerlifting briefs, tacky or tacky towels, baby powder/oil or other lubricant-type substances for the legs allowed.
- Straps and chalk are allowed. (Figure 8 straps are allowed, but thumbs must remain in contact with the axle).
- No “touch & go” reps. However, there will be no “up” command.

Athletes will perform stone press with chikara ishi (Japanese smooth natural stones) and compete for reps within a 60-second time limit. Each stone has a different point value, and placing will be determined by total points earned.

CHIKARA ISHI

STONE PRESS

力石・さし石

- 制限時間60秒
- 石を乱暴に扱ったりコントロールしないで落とすと即失格になるので注意
- 各力石の１レップあたりのポイントが異なり、獲得ポイントの合計で順位が決定
- 適当な力石の前から開始（石に触れていない）
- アスリートは適当な力石を選択し挑戦。制限時間内なら挑戦している石は何度でも変更可能
- さし石に使ってもよいプレスの種類はストリクト・プレスとプッシュ・プレスのみとする。安全のためジャークは禁止
- 挙上回数の認定は、毎回床(ダンベルミット)からクリーンしてからプレスしなければいけない。ただし、プレスに挑戦して失敗した場合、もう一回ラックポジションからプレスしても良い
- 審判の「ダウン！」という合図を待たなければいけない。ダウンコールより早く落としてしまったり下ろすと不認定(ノーレップ)となる。さし石のダウンコールは、安全性向上のため他のプレス種目より早くかかる
- プレス時、足が揃っていない、顔が正面を向いていない、静止できていない場合はダウンコールがかからないため注意
- 力石はアスリートの頭の上に触れたりのったりしてはいけない
- グリップのためには、チョーク(単マグ)とグローブのみ使用可能。タッキーや他の粘着性の滑り止め厳禁。「GRIP JIZZ」など、石にシミが残るようなグリップ強化剤も禁止
- バックル・プロングのあるベルトで体の前に台を作ってはいけない

- Any athlete who treats the stones roughly or does not control the stones when dropping them will be disqualified immediately.
- Each stone has a different point value, and placing will be determined by total points earned.
- Athlete begins from beside their stone of choice (but not touching the stone).
- Athletes may choose which stone to attempt and may also change stones as many times as they like within the time limit.
- Only strict press and push press will be allowed for the stone press event. In the interest of safety, jerks will not be allowed.
- Athletes must wait for a down command from the judge to receive a good rep. The rep will not count if the athlete drops or lowers the stone before the down command. In the interest of safety, down commands on stone press will be faster than other pressing events.
- Feet must be in line, head through and facing forward, and athlete must be in clear control of the implement to receive the down command.
- Stones may not touch or rest on the top of the athlete's head.
- Only chalk and gloves may be used for grip. ABSOLUTELY NO tacky or other sticky substances will be allowed. “Grip Jizz” and other products which may leave residue on the stones will also not be allowed.
- Athletes may not use loose prongs or buckles on belts to create a shelf in front of their bodies.

CHIKARA ISHI

STONE TO SHOULDER

力石・石担ぎ

90秒の制限時間内に力石で石担ぎを行って回数を競い合う。各力石の１レップあたりのポイントが異なり稼げたポイントの合計で順位が決まります。

Athletes will perform stone to shoulder with chikara ishi (Japanese smooth natural stones) and compete for reps within a 90-second time limit. Each stone has a different point value, and placing will be determined by total points earned.

- 制限時間90秒
- 石を乱暴に扱ったりコントロールしないで落とすと即失格になるので注意
- 各力石の１レップあたりのポイントが異なり、獲得ポイントの合計で順位が決定
- 適当な力石の前から開始（石に触れていない）
- アスリートは適当な力石を選択し挑戦。制限時間内なら挑戦している石は何度でも変更可能
- 肩に担いだ後、静止させて片手を離さないといけない
- 審判の「ダウン！」という合図を待たなければいけない。ダウンコールより早く落としてしまったり下ろすと不認定(ノーレップ)となる。
- 力石・石担ぎは滑り止めすべて禁止。ただし、試技中でも普通のコットンタオルなどで汗を拭いてもよい
- バックル・プロングのあるベルトで体の前に台を作ってはいけない
- Time limit of 90 seconds.
- Any athlete who treats the stones roughly or does not control the stones when dropping them will be disqualified immediately.
- Each stone has a different point value, and placing will be determined by total points earned.
- Athlete begins from beside their stone of choice (but not touching the stone).
- Athletes may choose which stone to attempt and may also change stones as many times as they like within the time limit.
- After shouldering the stone, control must be shown with one hand removed from the stone.
- Athletes must wait for a down command from the judge to receive a good rep. The rep will not count if the athlete drops or lowers the stone before the down command.
- NO grip aids will be allowed for Chikara Ishi - Stone to Shoulder. However, athletes may have a plain cotton towel or similar to wipe their hands dry both before and during their attempt.
- Athletes may not use loose prongs or buckles on belts to create a shelf in front of their bodies.
